• The total fee is contingent upon the successful placement of a Medical Researcher who completes a minimum 6-month probationary period with the client. Should the Medical Researcher depart before the 6-month mark, a replacement search will be conducted at no additional cost.
• All candidate data processed during this engagement will be handled in strict compliance with the EU GDPR and the Dutch UAVG (Uitvoeringswet AVG). Data will be stored on servers located within the Netherlands.
