• Recruit, train, and supervise a team of six (6) field research assistants across four (4) primary healthcare centres in Lagos Mainland, Lagos Island, Ikeja, and Surulere local government areas.
• Conduct weekly field data collection sessions, including patient interviews, blood sample procurement, and rapid diagnostic test (RDT) administration for a target cohort of 1,200 participants.
• Manage the laboratory logistics for parasitological confirmation, including coordination with the Lagos State Malaria Reference Laboratory at Yaba.

• Milestone 3 – 25% (NGN 16,279,531): Due at the six-month project review, subject to satisfactory interim report.

The Medical Researcher engagement cost assumes that the client will provide access to the four designated primary healthcare centres in Nigeria Lagos and will facilitate introductions to local government health authorities. This Quotation Estimate does not include the cost of any additional laboratory tests beyond standard malaria parasitology, nor does it cover the client's internal administrative overheads. Any scope change exceeding 10% of the original deliverables will require a revised Quotation Estimate and a formal change-order signed by both parties.
