This Quotation Estimate is formally issued by MedResearch Pakistan (Pvt.) The Medical Researcher engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall perform the following duties and deliverables within the operational boundaries of Pakistan Islamabad:

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be revised to reflect changes in operational costs in Pakistan Islamabad.
- The Medical Researcher and all supporting personnel shall be bound by a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and shall comply with all data protection regulations enforced by the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) and the National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA).
- All research activities shall be conducted in full compliance with the Declaration of Helsinki, the PDRA Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines, and the ethical standards of the Pakistan Islamabad medical research community.
- Any scope modification beyond 10% of the originally agreed deliverables shall require a supplementary Quotation Estimate and written mutual consent from both parties.
- Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in Pakistan Islamabad in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1940 of Pakistan.
- MedResearch Pakistan (Pvt.) Ltd. reserves the right to substitute the assigned Medical Researcher with a qualified equivalent, subject to prior written approval by the client.
