Statistical analysis of all gathered data using validated software (SPSS v.28, R, and Stata) and preparation of interim and final research reports.
Authorship and co-authorship of at least two (2) peer-reviewed journal articles for submission to internationally recognized medical journals.
Monthly progress reporting to the principal investigator and the University of the Philippines Manila research ethics board.
Compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and all applicable ethical guidelines for human subject research in the Philippines.

Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in accordance with the following schedule, subject to the terms agreed upon by both parties in Philippines Manila:

30% Down Payment (PHP 3,372,768.00) – Due upon signing of the contract and issuance of the Purchase Order.
40% Progress Payment (PHP 4,497,024.00) – Due at the six-month milestone upon submission of the interim research report and confirmation of 250 enrolled participants.
30% Final Payment (PHP 3,372,768.00) – Due upon delivery of the final research report, publication acceptance letters, and completion of all regulatory filings.

All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the designated account of MedResearch Philippines Inc. at BDO Unibank, Makati Branch, Philippines Manila. Invoices will be issued in accordance with the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) Philippines Manila requirements.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issuance. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to changes in market rates, regulatory fees, or exchange rates applicable in the Philippines Manila area.
The Medical Researcher and all supporting personnel shall be bound by a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and a Conflict of Interest declaration as required by the University of the Philippines Manila research policy.
All research data collected in Philippines Manila shall be stored on encrypted servers located within the Philippines to comply with the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
Any changes to the scope of work, number of participants, or research sites must be documented in a written amendment to this Quotation Estimate and signed by both parties before implementation.
MedResearch Philippines Inc. shall provide a Certificate of Completion and a final audit report upon project closure.
Disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through mediation in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, with venue set in the city of Manila, Philippines.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge and accept the terms, conditions, and pricing set forth in this Quotation Estimate for the engagement of a Medical Researcher and associated services to be performed in Philippines Manila.
