All payments under this Quotation Estimate shall be made in Russian Rubles (RUB) via bank transfer to the designated account of the service provider. An initial deposit of 25% (2,431,750 RUB) is due upon acceptance of this estimate. The remaining balance shall be invoiced on a monthly basis, payable within 15 business days of invoice receipt. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 0.1% per calendar day in accordance with Russian commercial law (Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Part 1, Article 317.1).
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After expiry, all rates and availability must be reconfirmed in writing.
- The Medical Researcher shall be bound by a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and Intellectual Property Assignment Agreement specific to research conducted in Russia Moscow.
- All research activities must comply with the ethical guidelines of the Helsinki Declaration, the Federal Law No. 323-FZ "On the Basics of Health Protection of Citizens in the Russian Federation," and applicable GCP (Good Clinical Practice) standards.
- The client reserves the right to request a mid-term performance review. Material breach of scope by either party entitles the non-breaching party to terminate with 30 days' written notice.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to government sanctions, embargoes, or public health emergencies affecting operations in Russia Moscow, shall be governed by the force majeure clause of the master service agreement.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration under the rules of the International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation (Moscow).
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Medical Researcher services in Russia Moscow and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein.
