- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and conditions are subject to revision due to currency fluctuation, regulatory changes in Russia Saint Petersburg, or market adjustments in the medical research sector.
- Payment shall be structured as follows: 30% advance upon contract execution, 40% upon completion of Phase II (mid-project milestone at month 6), and 30% upon final delivery of the completed research report and all supplementary data packages.
- The Medical Researcher and all support personnel shall be engaged under a civil law contract (dogovor povorenija) in accordance with the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. All statutory insurance, pension contributions, and tax obligations shall be fulfilled by the contracting entity.
