• Ensure full compliance with Saudi Arabian health regulations, ethical review board (IRB) requirements, and data protection laws applicable in Saudi Arabia Jeddah.

• 30% Final Payment (SAR 475,375.50): Due within fifteen (15) business days of the completion of the twelve-month engagement period and submission of the final research impact report.

All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the provider's designated account in Saudi Riyals. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be revised to reflect changes in market conditions, exchange rates, or regulatory requirements in Saudi Arabia Jeddah.
