3. Deliverables and Milestones
The Medical Researcher engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall deliver the following milestones within the Senegal Dakar operational framework:
- Month 2: Finalized research protocol, approved ethics clearance from the Senegalese National Ethics Committee (CNE), and participant consent forms in French and Wolof.

4. Terms and Conditions

- Payment shall be structured as follows: 25% upon contract signing, 25% at Month 4 (recruitment completion), 30% at Month 10 (data collection completion), and 20% upon final report delivery and acceptance.
- All payments shall be made in West African CFA Francs (XOF) via bank transfer to the designated account of the Medical Researcher or the contracting entity in Dakar, Senegal.
- The Medical Researcher shall comply with all applicable Senegalese health regulations, data protection laws (Law No. 2008-12 on Personal Data Protection), and institutional ethics guidelines.
- Intellectual property generated under this engagement shall be jointly owned by WAITM and the Medical Researcher, with publication rights shared as stipulated in the master service agreement.
- Either party may terminate this engagement with sixty (60) days written notice. In the event of early termination, fees accrued up to the termination date shall be payable in full.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the formal Service Agreement in writing.
