Payment against this Quotation Estimate shall be structured as follows: 30% advance payment upon execution of the service agreement, 40% upon completion of the interim data analysis milestone, and the remaining 30% upon final delivery of all Medical Researcher deliverables and acceptance by the client. All payments shall be made in Singapore Dollars via bank transfer to the designated account of Meridian Research Institute Pte. Ltd., Singapore Singapore. Invoices will be issued monthly in accordance with the Singapore Singapore Invoicing Standards.
Important Notes Regarding This Quotation Estimate
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates for the Medical Researcher services may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Singapore Singapore.
- All Medical Researcher personnel assigned under this Quotation Estimate hold valid Singapore Singapore professional licences and are registered with the relevant Singapore Singapore medical and research regulatory bodies.
- Any scope changes requested by the client beyond the parameters defined in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued by the Medical Researcher team.

The Medical Researcher team reserves the right to withdraw from any engagement if ethical violations are identified. Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in Singapore Singapore under the rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC).
By signing below, the client confirms acceptance of this Quotation Estimate for Medical Researcher services to be delivered in Singapore Singapore. The engagement shall commence within five (5) business days of the signed acceptance.
