1. 4.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing for the Medical Researcher engagement and associated laboratory resources in South Korea Seoul may be subject to revision based on market conditions, currency fluctuation, and regulatory changes.
4.2 The Medical Researcher(s) engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall comply with all applicable Korean labour laws, the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA), and the MFDS regulations governing human subject research conducted in South Korea Seoul.
4.3 All intellectual property generated during the course of the research programme shall be jointly owned by the Client and Seoul Biomedical Research Solutions Co., Ltd., unless otherwise stipulated in a separate Intellectual Property Agreement.
4.4 The Client agrees to provide timely access to patient data, biological samples, and institutional facilities as required for the Medical Researcher to fulfil the scope of work outlined in this Quotation Estimate.
4.5 Any change in scope, extension of the research timeline, or addition of supplementary Medical Researcher personnel will require a formal Change Order and a revised Quotation Estimate issued by our office.
4.6 Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in Seoul, South Korea, in accordance with the rules of the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board (KCAB).
4.7 This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the definitive Service Agreement referencing Quotation Estimate No. QTE-2025-SR-00847.
5. Acceptance and AuthorizationBy signing below, the Client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and financial projections set forth herein for the Medical Researcher engagement in South Korea Seoul.
