All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account designated by the Medical Researcher or their registered entity in Spain Valencia. Late payments shall incur interest at the rate established by the Ley 3/2004 de lucha contra la morosidad en las operaciones comerciales.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and availability of the Medical Researcher are subject to renegotiation.
• The Medical Researcher shall maintain full professional indemnity insurance and comply with all data protection requirements under the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).
• All intellectual property generated during the course of this engagement in Spain Valencia shall be jointly owned by the client and the Medical Researcher, unless otherwise stipulated in a separate IP agreement.
• The Medical Researcher reserves the right to publish findings in peer-reviewed journals, subject to a thirty (30) day prior review period by the client.
