4.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates associated with the Medical Researcher engagement in Sudan Khartoum are subject to revision based on prevailing economic conditions.
4.2 Payment shall be structured as follows: 30% advance upon contract execution, 40% upon completion of the six-month interim deliverable, and 30% upon final acceptance of the end-of-contract research report by the client in Sudan Khartoum.
4.3 The Medical Researcher shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines of the Republic of the Sudan, including those enforced by the Sudan National Center for Public Health and the Ministry of Higher Education in Khartoum.
4.4 Any scope modification to the Medical Researcher responsibilities in Sudan Khartoum must be documented in a written amendment to this Quotation Estimate and signed by both parties before implementation.
