4.1 Payment shall be made in Swiss Francs (CHF) via bank transfer to the account designated by the Medical Researcher. The account is held with a licensed financial institution in Switzerland Zurich.
4.2 A non-refundable deposit of twenty-five percent (25%) of the total Quotation Estimate amount, equivalent to CHF 29,940.60, is due upon acceptance of this document and prior to the commencement of any services.
4.3 The remaining balance shall be invoiced in monthly instalments aligned with the project milestones outlined in the engagement schedule. Invoices are payable within thirty (30) calendar days of the invoice date.
4.4 Late payments shall incur a statutory interest charge of five percent (5%) per annum, in accordance with Article 104 of the Swiss Code of Obligations, applicable throughout Switzerland Zurich and all cantons.
4.5 All intellectual property generated during the course of the Medical Researcher's engagement shall be governed by a separate Intellectual Property Agreement to be executed concurrently with the acceptance of this Quotation Estimate.
The Medical Researcher named in this Quotation Estimate holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Molecular Medicine from the University of Zurich and possesses over fifteen (15) years of post-doctoral and independent research experience in clinical pharmacology and translational medicine. The Medical Researcher is registered with the Swiss Medical Association (FMH) and operates in full compliance with the Swiss Human Research Act (HRA), the Declaration of Helsinki, and all ethical guidelines enforced by the Ethics Committee of the Switzerland Zurich region. All data handling practices conform to the revised Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) effective since 1 September 2023.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to the terms, conditions, and financial obligations set forth in this Quotation Estimate. This document constitutes a binding offer for the services of the Medical Researcher as described herein, valid for the Switzerland Zurich operational area and any agreed-upon satellite locations within the canton of Zurich.
