All pricing in this Quotation Estimate reflects current market rates applicable to specialized medical research personnel operating in the Ankara region of Turkey as of the date of issue.

The Medical Researcher to be deployed under this Quotation Estimate will hold a minimum of a Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in a relevant biomedical or clinical discipline, with a minimum of eight (8) years of post-qualification research experience. The researcher will be based in Turkey Ankara and will operate primarily from the client's designated laboratory or research facility within the Çankaya or Yenimahalle districts. The scope of services includes, but is not limited to:

• Design and execution of clinical or pre-clinical research protocols in compliance with Turkish Ministry of Health regulations and the Ankara Regional Ethics Committee (KKEK) guidelines.
• Supervision of a team of up to four (4) junior research assistants and laboratory technicians stationed in Turkey Ankara.
• Conduct of literature reviews, statistical analyses, and peer-reviewed manuscript preparation for submission to internationally indexed journals.
• Participation in at least two (2) national or international medical conferences held in Turkey Ankara or elsewhere during the contract period.
• Monthly progress reporting to the client's project management office, including interim data summaries and risk assessments.
• Compliance with all applicable data protection requirements under Turkish Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and, where applicable, EU GDPR provisions.

Payment for the services described in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in three (3) equal instalments: 40% upon execution of the service agreement, 30% upon completion of Month 6, and the remaining 30% upon final project delivery and acceptance. Invoices will be issued by Anatolia Biomedical Research Consultancy Ltd. from its registered office in Turkey Ankara and are payable within thirty (30) calendar days of the invoice date via bank transfer to the account details specified on each invoice. Late payments shall attract interest at the rate prescribed by Turkish Law No. 3095.

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, all prices are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Turkey Ankara.
2. The Medical Researcher's engagement is contingent upon successful completion of a background check, verification of academic credentials, and approval by the relevant Ankara ethics committee.
3. All intellectual property generated during the course of the research programme shall be jointly owned by the client and Anatolia Biomedical Research Consultancy Ltd., unless otherwise agreed in a separate IP addendum.
4. Either party may terminate the agreement with sixty (60) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, the client shall be liable for all costs incurred up to the termination date plus a 10% administrative fee.
5. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a contract until both parties have executed a formal Service Agreement incorporating the terms herein.
6. All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent agreement shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Turkey Ankara, in accordance with the Turkish Code of Obligations (Türk Borçlar Kanunu).
7. Confidentiality obligations shall survive the termination of the agreement for a period of five (5) years.
