The Medical Researcher engaged under this Quotation Estimate will be responsible for the following activities conducted within the Turkey Istanbul jurisdiction:
- Design and execution of Phase II clinical trials in oncology and immunology, adhering to Turkish national regulations and international GCP (Good Clinical Practice) standards as enforced in Turkey Istanbul.

The total amount specified in this Quotation Estimate shall be disbursed according to the following milestone-based schedule, all transactions processed through the client's Istanbul-based financial institution:
- 30% upon contract execution and commencement of the Medical Researcher's onboarding in Turkey Istanbul (Month 0).
- 25% upon completion of the first 12-month research cycle and submission of interim findings to the Istanbul IRB.
- 25% upon completion of Month 18 and approval of Phase II trial data by TİTCK.
- 20% upon final project delivery, publication of all required papers, and handover of all research data to the client institution in Istanbul.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all pricing subject to revision due to currency fluctuations (USD/TRY) and changes in Turkish labor regulations applicable in Turkey Istanbul.
- The Medical Researcher shall be employed in strict accordance with the Turkish Labor Law (Law No. 4857) and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Istanbul Provincial Directorate of Labor and Social Security.
- All intellectual property generated by the Medical Researcher and the research team during the engagement period shall be the sole property of the client institution, as stipulated in the separate Intellectual Property Agreement to be executed in Turkey Istanbul.
- Any scope modification exceeding ten percent (10%) of the total Quotation Estimate value shall require a written amendment signed by both parties.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters affecting the Turkey Istanbul region, shall suspend contractual obligations without penalty for a maximum of sixty (60) days.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate and the resulting contract shall be resolved through arbitration at the Istanbul Chamber of Commerce Arbitration Center.
