- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all rates and availability of the Medical Researcher team are subject to revision.
- Payment terms: 40% advance upon acceptance of this quotation, 30% upon completion of the first six (6) months, and 30% upon final project delivery and acceptance.
- All payments shall be made in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) via bank transfer to the account of MedResearch Gulf LLC, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
- The Medical Researcher personnel engaged under this quotation shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates, including but not limited to the Federal Decree-Law No. 3 of 2019 on the Protection of Personal Data and DHA research guidelines.
- Intellectual property generated during the course of the research engagement shall be jointly owned by the client and MedResearch Gulf LLC, unless otherwise agreed in a separate IP agreement.
- Any changes to the scope of work, additional research deliverables, or extension of the Medical Researcher engagement beyond the twelve-month period shall be subject to a supplementary quotation estimate and mutual written consent.
- This quotation does not constitute a binding contract. A formal Service Agreement must be executed by both parties prior to the commencement of any services.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to government-mandated closures in Dubai or the wider United Arab Emirates, shall suspend project timelines without penalty to either party.
- All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in Dubai under the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC).
