The researcher will be physically based in the United States Chicago laboratory facilities and will report directly to the client's principal investigator on a weekly basis.

3.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate shall remain valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond the stated validity period in the United States Chicago jurisdiction will require re-confirmation of all rates and availability of the Medical Researcher.
3.2 Payment Schedule: Payment shall be rendered in three equal installments: 40% upon execution of the service agreement, 35% upon completion of the third month of the Medical Researcher's engagement, and 25% upon delivery of the final research report. All payments are due within fifteen (15) business days of invoice date and shall be made via wire transfer to the account designated by Chicago Biomedical Research Associates.
3.3 Applicable Law & Jurisdiction: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois and the federal laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from the interpretation or performance of this document shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Cook County, United States Chicago, Illinois.
3.4 Confidentiality & Data Protection: All patient data, proprietary research findings, and unpublished results generated during the Medical Researcher's tenure in the United States Chicago facilities shall be treated as strictly confidential. The researcher is bound by a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and shall comply with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) in all data handling practices.
3.5 Cancellation & Termination: Either party may terminate the engagement with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, the client shall be liable for all services rendered up to the termination date plus a 10% administrative fee on the remaining contract value.
3.6 Insurance & Liability: The Medical Researcher and Chicago Biomedical Research Associates maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of $5,000,000 per occurrence, as required for research operations in the United States Chicago area.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Medical Researcher services in the United States Chicago area and agrees to the terms, conditions, and cost structure outlined herein. This document does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed by both parties.
