- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, all rates and availability of the proposed Medical Researcher are subject to re-evaluation and potential revision.
- All services shall be performed in strict compliance with the United States Federal Research Act, the California Health and Safety Code, and all applicable Los Angeles municipal ordinances governing human subjects research and laboratory operations.
- The Medical Researcher engaged under this estimate shall maintain current Board Certification and all necessary state and federal licenses to practice and conduct research within the State of California.
- Intellectual property generated during the course of this engagement shall be jointly owned by Pacific Research Solutions LLC and Cedars-Medical Research Institute, as further delineated in the separate Master Services Agreement (MSA).
- Any changes to the scope of work exceeding ten percent (10%) of the total estimated value shall require a written amendment to this Quotation Estimate, signed by both parties, before additional work commences.
- Payment terms are Net 30 days from the date of invoice. Late payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month, consistent with California Commercial Code Section 2202.
