- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, all rates and terms are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in United States New York City.
- The Medical Researcher shall maintain all professional licenses, certifications, and malpractice insurance required by the New York State Education Department and the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene throughout the engagement period.
