This Quotation Estimate proposes the following payment structure for the Medical Researcher engagement in United States San Francisco:

• Initial Deposit (25%): $81,205.00 – Due upon signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, prior to commencement of services.
• Quarterly Installments (25% each): $81,205.00 – Due on the 1st of January, April, July, and October 2025/2026.
• Final Settlement: Any remaining balance due within 30 days of the engagement end date (July 31, 2026).

4. Terms and Conditions

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, all rates and availability of the Medical Researcher are subject to revision.
• The Medical Researcher shall comply with all applicable federal, state (California), and local regulations governing biomedical research in the United States San Francisco area, including but not limited to HIPAA, GCP (Good Clinical Practice), and ICH guidelines.

• Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters affecting the San Francisco Bay Area, shall suspend obligations proportionally without penalty to either party.
