4.1 This Quotation Estimate is a non-binding proposal and does not constitute a contractual obligation until formally accepted in writing by the client and countersigned by Meteorological Consulting Group S.A.
4.2 All prices quoted in this Quotation Estimate are expressed in Argentine Pesos (ARS) and are subject to adjustment in the event of a devaluation of the Argentine Peso exceeding 15% against the US Dollar during the contract term, as determined by the BCRA official exchange rate.
4.3 Payment terms: 50% upon execution of the service agreement; 50% upon completion of the first six (6) months of service. Invoices will be issued in accordance with Argentine tax regulations (AFIP / ARCA).
4.4 The Meteorologist shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of ARS 50,000,000, valid throughout the duration of the engagement in Argentina Buenos Aires.
4.5 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the issue date. Beyond this period, all costs and availability must be reconfirmed in writing.
4.6 Any modifications to the scope of services described in this Quotation Estimate must be agreed upon in writing by both parties prior to implementation. Additional services will be billed at the hourly rate of ARS 85,000 per hour for the Meteorologist's direct time.
4.7 Governing law: The laws of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina. Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting service agreement shall be resolved through the commercial courts of Argentina Buenos Aires.
