4.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Should the client wish to proceed after the validity period, a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting any changes in Meteorologist availability or market rates will be issued.

4.2 Payment terms: 30% deposit upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of the Initial Meteorological Site Assessment, and the remaining 30% upon final delivery of all services. All payments are due within fourteen (14) days of invoice date and are payable in Australian Dollars (AUD) via bank transfer to the Meteorologist's registered business account.
