1. Validity: This Quotation Estimate for Meteorologist services in Australia Sydney is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions and Meteorologist availability.
2. Payment Terms: Payment is due within fourteen (14) days of invoice date. A 15% deposit is required upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to secure the Meteorologist's engagement for the Australia Sydney project. Monthly invoices will be issued on the 28th of each month for ongoing services.
3. Scope Changes: Any additional meteorological services beyond the scope outlined in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a separate written amendment and additional Quotation Estimate at the standard Meteorologist hourly rate of $285.00 AUD per hour.

5. Insurance: The Meteorologist and Sydney Atmospheric Sciences Pty Ltd maintain Professional Indemnity Insurance of $10,000,000 AUD and Public Liability Insurance of $20,000,000 AUD, compliant with Australian insurance regulations.
6. Cancellation: Either party may cancel this engagement with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of early cancellation, the client shall be liable for all services rendered to date plus a 10% cancellation fee on the remaining Quotation Estimate value.
7. Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and the resulting Meteorologist services agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation in Australia Sydney prior to litigation.
8. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to extreme weather events, natural disasters, or other force majeure circumstances affecting the Australia Sydney region, as determined by the Bureau of Meteorology.
