This Quotation Estimate is issued by Atmospheric Sciences & Meteorological Consulting Ltd. to provide comprehensive professional Meteorologist services for the Dhaka Metropolitan Area, Bangladesh. The engagement covers a full twelve-month period commencing 1 July 2025 through 30 June 2026. - This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be revised due to inflation or resource availability in Bangladesh Dhaka.
- Payment terms: 30% advance upon contract signing, 40% upon completion of the monsoon season advisory cycle (September 2025), and 30% upon final delivery of the Annual Climate Risk Report (June 2026).
- All Meteorologist deliverables shall be submitted in both English and Bangla to ensure accessibility for all DMDA stakeholders in Bangladesh Dhaka.
- The Meteorologist shall comply with all regulations set by the National Meteorological Service (NMS), Bangladesh, and the Department of Environment (DoE), Bangladesh.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to extreme weather events affecting Bangladesh Dhaka, shall not be considered a breach of contract by either party.
- Intellectual property of all forecasts, models, and reports produced under this Quotation Estimate shall vest with the client upon full payment.
- Any scope change or additional Meteorologist service beyond the items listed herein shall be subject to a separate written amendment and supplementary Quotation Estimate.
