- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, prices and availability of the Meteorologist may be subject to revision.
- Payment terms: 40% advance upon contract signing; 30% upon delivery of the seasonal climate report; 30% upon completion of the 12-month emergency advisory service. Payments shall be made via bank transfer (TED/PIX) to the account of Atmosfera Brasil Meteorological Consulting Ltda.
- The assigned Meteorologist shall hold a valid registration with the Brazilian Meteorological Society (SBM) and shall comply with all ethical and technical guidelines of INMET. The Meteorologist's professional license number will be provided upon contract execution.
- All meteorological data, forecasts, and reports produced for the client in Brasília/DF shall remain the intellectual property of the client, subject to a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) to be signed prior to service commencement.
- Force majeure events, including extreme weather phenomena that prevent the Meteorologist from performing on-site duties in Brasília, shall not constitute a breach of contract. In such cases, services will be rescheduled within 72 hours.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract. A formal service agreement must be executed by both parties before any work commences. The final contract shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Brazil, with jurisdiction in the courts of Brasília/DF.
- Any modifications to the scope of services, additional on-site visits to Brasília, or extended forecasting periods must be requested in writing and will be addressed through an addendum to this Quotation Estimate.
