This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, all rates and availability must be reconfirmed in writing.
Payment terms: 50% deposit due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 50% balance due within thirty (30) days of final deliverable submission. Late payments will incur interest at 1.5% per month as per Ontario commercial practice.
All services will be performed in accordance with the Meteorological Services Act (Canada) and applicable Ontario provincial regulations governing weather forecasting and public safety communications.
The Meteorologist shall comply with all data privacy requirements under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (MFIPPA) applicable to the City of Toronto, Canada.
Any changes to the scope of work beyond 10% of the original estimate will require a written amendment to this Quotation Estimate, signed by both parties, before additional work commences.
All intellectual property, reports, and data products generated under this engagement shall become the property of the client upon full payment, subject to the Meteorologist's right to reference the work in academic publications with prior written consent.
This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
The Meteorologist reserves the right to decline emergency activation requests that pose an unreasonable risk to personal safety, in accordance with Canadian occupational health and safety standards.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and authorizes Atmospheric Solutions Consulting Inc. to proceed with the engagement of the named Meteorologist for the services described herein, to be delivered within the Canada Toronto metropolitan area.
