This Quotation Estimate outlines the full scope of professional services to be delivered by a certified Meteorologist operating out of our principal office in Chile Santiago. The engagement is designed to provide comprehensive atmospheric monitoring, forecasting, and risk advisory tailored to the unique climatic conditions of the Chile Santiago metropolitan area and its surrounding regions, including the Andean foothills, the central valley, and the coastal approaches to the Pacific.
The Meteorologist assigned to this project will hold a minimum of a Master's degree in Atmospheric Sciences from a recognized Chilean or international university, with no fewer than eight (8) years of professional experience in operational meteorology. The Meteorologist will be based in Chile Santiago for the duration of the contract and will maintain direct communication with the client's operations team through our dedicated coordination center located in the Providencia district of Chile Santiago.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. All prices are quoted in Chilean Pesos (CLP) and are inclusive of the Meteorologist's professional fees, travel within Chile Santiago, and standard equipment usage. Any services rendered outside the Chile Santiago metropolitan area or requiring the Meteorologist to travel to remote sites will be subject to a separate supplementary Quotation Estimate.
Payment terms: 40% upon contract signing, 30% at the six-month milestone, and 30% upon completion of the annual risk audit. Invoices will be issued monthly in arrears. Late payments will accrue interest at the rate established by the Banco Central de Chile.
The Meteorologist engaged under this Quotation Estimate is bound by a strict confidentiality agreement covering all proprietary operational data, site-specific weather records, and internal communications of the client. All meteorological data generated during the engagement in Chile Santiago shall remain the intellectual property of the client upon full payment.
The Meteorologist assigned to this project will comply with all regulatory requirements set forth by the Dirección Meteorológica de Chile (DMC) and will maintain a valid professional registration. The Meteorologist will also adhere to the Chilean Labor Code (Código del Trabajo) regarding working hours, rest periods, and occupational safety standards while operating in Chile Santiago. All forecasts and advisories issued by the Meteorologist will be cross-referenced with DMC public bulletins to ensure regulatory alignment and public safety compliance.
By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts this Quotation Estimate for Meteorologist services in Chile Santiago. This document constitutes a binding commercial proposal upon countersignature by both parties. Any modifications to the scope, duration, or pricing outlined herein must be documented in a formal amendment to this Quotation Estimate.
