Issuance of public warnings in coordination with the Beijing Meteorological Service.
  • Climate Impact Assessment: Annual and seasonal climate reports addressing temperature anomalies, precipitation variability, air quality correlations, and their implications for urban planning, agriculture, and public health in China Beijing.
  • Specialized Consulting: On-site and remote meteorological advisory for major events, construction projects, aviation operations at Beijing Capital International Airport (PEK) and Beijing Daxing International Airport (PKX), and large-scale public gatherings.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Processing of radar, satellite, and ground-station observational data; production of technical bulletins and peer-reviewed research contributions relevant to the China Beijing atmospheric environment.

The Meteorologist proposed under this Quotation Estimate holds a Doctorate in Atmospheric Sciences from Peking University, possesses over fifteen (15) years of professional experience in operational and research meteorology, and is a certified member of the China Meteorological Society. The Meteorologist has previously served in senior forecasting capacity at the Beijing Meteorological Service and has contributed to national climate adaptation strategies for the China Beijing region. Payment for the services described in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in quarterly installments, due within thirty (30) calendar days of invoice issuance. The first installment shall be due upon contract execution. All payments shall be made in Renminbi (CNY) via bank transfer to the account designated by the Meteorologist or the contracting entity in China Beijing. Late payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 0.05% per calendar day as stipulated under applicable Chinese commercial law.

  • This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in China Beijing.
  • The Meteorologist shall comply with all data security, confidentiality, and intellectual property regulations enforced by the China Meteorological Administration and the National Administration of Surveying, Mapping and Geoinformation.
  • Any additional services beyond the scope defined herein shall be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued in writing and approved by both parties prior to commencement.
  • Force majeure events, including but not limited to extreme weather events that render field operations in China Beijing impossible, shall be addressed through mutual consultation without penalty to either party.
  • Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration under the Beijing Arbitration Commission in accordance with its then-current rules.
  • This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both the client and the Meteorologist.
