- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issuance. After this period, prices and availability of the Meteorologist may be subject to revision.
- All services will be performed by a certified Meteorologist holding a degree in Atmospheric Sciences or Meteorology from a recognized Colombian or international university, with a minimum of eight (8) years of professional experience in the Colombia Bogotá region.
- Payment terms: 40% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 30% upon completion of the first six (6) months of service, and 30% upon final delivery of the 12-month contract period.
- The Meteorologist will comply with all regulations established by the Colombian Ministry of Environment and Sustainable Development and the Instituto Nacional de Meteorología y de Estudios Geofísicos (INMET).
- All meteorological data, reports, and analyses produced under this engagement shall remain the exclusive property of the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to extreme weather phenomena that render on-site work in Colombia Bogotá impossible, will be addressed through mutual agreement and will not constitute a breach of contract.
