Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate

This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing for the Meteorologist services may be subject to revision based on market conditions and resource availability in France Marseille.
All Meteorologist services described herein shall be performed in accordance with the professional standards set by the French Meteorological Society (Société Française de Météorologie) and in compliance with applicable regulations of Météo-France.
Payment terms: 30% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, with the remaining 70% invoiced monthly in arrears. All payments shall be made in Euros (EUR) to the bank account of MétéoPro Consulting SARL.
The Meteorologist team shall maintain full professional confidentiality regarding all operational data, forecasts, and client-specific information pertaining to the France Marseille port operations.
Any changes to the scope of Meteorologist services, additional on-site visits to France Marseille, or extended emergency support beyond the terms outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a supplementary written agreement and additional charges.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties. The Meteorologist engagement shall commence only upon receipt of the signed acceptance and the initial payment.
All meteorological forecasts and advisory products provided by the Meteorologist are advisory in nature and do not constitute guarantees of specific weather outcomes. The client acknowledges that weather in France Marseille is subject to inherent variability and unpredictability.
This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the French Republic. Any disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of this document shall be resolved by the competent courts of Marseille, France.
