This Quotation Estimate is issued by Atmospheric Sciences & Weather Advisory Pvt. Ltd. to provide a comprehensive, itemized financial breakdown for the engagement of a certified Meteorologist to deliver specialized weather forecasting, climate analysis, and atmospheric advisory services tailored to the operational requirements of the client in India Bangalore and its surrounding metropolitan regions. The Meteorologist engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall provide the following professional services within the India Bangalore jurisdiction and its 150-kilometer radius:
- Daily synoptic weather analysis and 72-hour short-range forecasts for the India Bangalore urban agglomeration, including micro-climatic variations across the Western Ghats foothills and the Deccan Plateau.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be revised to reflect changes in operational costs, regulatory requirements, or market conditions in India Bangalore.
- All monetary values are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of the Meteorologist's professional fees, travel within the India Bangalore metropolitan area, and standard reporting tools. Inter-state travel or travel beyond the 150 km radius will be billed separately at actual cost.
- Payment terms: 40% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 30% upon completion of the first quarter of services, and the remaining 30% upon successful completion of the full 12-month engagement period.
- The Meteorologist shall comply with all applicable regulations of the India Meteorological Department (IMD) and the Ministry of Earth Sciences, Government of India, regarding the dissemination of weather forecasts and climate data within India Bangalore and the broader Indian subcontinent.
- Confidentiality: All meteorological data, client-specific analyses, and proprietary information exchanged under this engagement shall be treated as strictly confidential. This obligation survives the termination of the service agreement by a period of two (2) years.
- Either party may terminate the engagement with a written notice of sixty (60) days. In such an event, the client shall be liable for all services rendered up to the effective date of termination as per the rates specified in this Quotation Estimate.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be held liable for delays or non-performance resulting from natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions, or other events beyond reasonable control, particularly those affecting the India Bangalore region.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent service agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in India Bangalore in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, scope, and financial provisions outlined herein for the engagement of the Meteorologist services in India Bangalore.
