The scope of work encompasses real-time weather monitoring, seasonal forecasting, extreme weather event advisory, and climate risk assessment tailored specifically to the unique meteorological conditions of the Mumbai coastal region, including monsoon variability, cyclone tracking, and urban heat island effects.
- Senior Meteorologist Retainer: Full-time engagement of a Chartered Meteorologist (M.Sc. Meteorology, PhD in Atmospheric Sciences) with a minimum of 15 years of experience in Indian weather systems, specifically the Mumbai and western Indian coastal region.

Amount in words: Ninety Lakh Thirty-Five Thousand Eight Hundred and Fifty Rupees Only (INR 90,35,850/-), inclusive of 18% Goods and Services Tax as mandated under the Indian taxation framework.
4.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be revised to reflect changes in operational costs, software licensing fees, or regulatory requirements applicable in India Mumbai.
4.2 Payment shall be made in quarterly installments of 25% each, due within fifteen (15) days of the invoice date. The first installment shall be due upon execution of the service agreement.
4.3 The Meteorologist engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall operate independently and shall not be deemed an employee of the client. All professional liability insurance shall be maintained by Atmospheric Sciences & Weather Advisory Pvt. Ltd.
4.4 All meteorological data, forecasts, and reports generated under this engagement shall remain the intellectual property of the client upon full payment. The Meteorologist retains the right to use anonymized data for academic research purposes.
4.5 In the event of a declared natural disaster or government-mandated shutdown in Mumbai, service delivery shall be suspended without penalty to either party, and the engagement timeline shall be extended accordingly.
4.6 This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract. A formal Service Agreement shall be executed by both parties prior to the commencement of services.
4.7 Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, scope, and pricing outlined herein for the engagement of Meteorologist services in India Mumbai.
