- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, the Meteorologist service rates may be revised to reflect changes in operational costs, fuel surcharges, or regulatory updates applicable in India New Delhi.
- Payment terms: 40% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of the first quarter of services, and 20% upon final delivery of the annual report. All payments shall be made in Indian Rupees via bank transfer to the account designated by DARA, New Delhi.
- The assigned Meteorologist shall hold a minimum of a Master's degree in Meteorology from a recognized Indian institution (e.g., IITM Pune, IISc Bangalore, or University of Delhi) and shall be registered with the India Meteorological Department (IMD) as a licensed weather forecaster.
- All meteorological data, forecasts, and advisory reports generated under this engagement shall be the intellectual property of the client, while the methodologies, models, and proprietary algorithms remain the property of DARA.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or non-performance caused by extreme weather events, government-mandated lockdowns, or natural disasters affecting the India New Delhi region, provided written notice is given within 48 hours.
- Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent service agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in New Delhi, India, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
- This Quotation Estimate does not guarantee specific weather outcomes. The Meteorologist provides probabilistic forecasts and risk assessments based on the best available scientific data and models. Clients are advised to use this advisory information as one input among several in their operational decision-making.
