1. Purpose of This Quotation Estimate

This Quotation Estimate is formally issued to provide PT Nusantara Infrastructure Development Corp. with a comprehensive and transparent cost breakdown for the engagement of a dedicated Meteorologist and supporting atmospheric science team. The services described herein are specifically tailored to the unique climatic and meteorological conditions of Indonesia Jakarta, where the tropical monsoon climate, high humidity levels, seasonal rainfall patterns, and urban heat island effects demand specialized and continuous weather monitoring and forecasting expertise. This Quotation Estimate covers all professional Meteorologist services, data acquisition, reporting, and on-site consultation required throughout the full service period in Indonesia Jakarta.

2. Scope of Meteorologist Services in Indonesia Jakarta

The Meteorologist team engaged under this Quotation Estimate will deliver the following services exclusively within the Indonesia Jakarta region:

  • Daily Weather Forecasting: The assigned Meteorologist will produce detailed daily, weekly, and monthly weather forecasts specific to Indonesia Jakarta, including temperature, humidity, wind speed and direction, precipitation probability, and UV index. These forecasts will be calibrated to the microclimatic variations observed across the Indonesia Jakarta metropolitan area, from the coastal zones of North Jakarta to the elevated terrain of South Jakarta.
  • Severe Weather Alerting: The Meteorologist will monitor and issue real-time alerts for thunderstorms, flash flooding, high winds, and tropical cyclone remnants that may affect Indonesia Jakarta. Given the vulnerability of Indonesia Jakarta to seasonal flooding during the wet season (November through March), this service is critical for infrastructure planning and emergency preparedness.
  • Climate Impact Assessment: A senior Meteorologist will conduct a quarterly climate impact assessment evaluating how shifting weather patterns in Indonesia Jakarta may affect construction schedules, agricultural operations, and energy consumption for the client's projects located throughout Indonesia Jakarta.
  • On-Site Meteorological Consultation: The Meteorologist will be available for on-site visits to project locations within Indonesia Jakarta a minimum of four (4) times per month to provide in-person briefings, review local weather station data, and advise on weather-related operational decisions.
  • Custom Data Reporting: Monthly and quarterly meteorological data reports will be compiled by the Meteorologist, summarizing all observed and forecast weather parameters for Indonesia Jakarta. These reports will include comparative analyses against historical baselines for the Indonesia Jakarta region.
  • Emergency Response Support: During declared weather emergencies in Indonesia Jakarta, the Meteorologist will provide 24/7 on-call support and real-time advisory to the client's operations and safety teams.
