This Quotation Estimate is issued by our firm to provide comprehensive Meteorologist professional services tailored specifically for the Iran Tehran metropolitan region. The Meteorologist engagement encompasses a full spectrum of atmospheric analysis, climate forecasting, and environmental risk assessment designed to support urban planning, infrastructure development, and public safety initiatives across the Tehran metropolitan area.
Our senior Meteorologist, Dr. Farzad Karimi (PhD in Atmospheric Physics, University of Tehran, 18 years of field experience), will lead a dedicated team of three junior meteorological analysts to deliver the services outlined below. All data collection, modeling, and reporting will be conducted in accordance with the standards set by the Iran Meteorological Organization (IRIMO) and aligned with the World Meteorological Organization (WMO) guidelines applicable to the Iran Tehran region.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be revised to reflect changes in operational costs, fuel surcharges, or regulatory updates in Iran Tehran.
- Payment terms: 30% advance payment upon contract signing, 40% upon completion of the mid-project deliverables (Items 01–04), and 30% upon final acceptance of all Meteorologist reports and services.
- All meteorological data, models, and reports produced under this engagement shall remain the intellectual property of the client, Tehran Metropolitan Development Authority, upon full payment.
- The Meteorologist and supporting team shall comply with all data protection regulations of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Iran Meteorological Organization's data-sharing protocols.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to severe weather disruptions in Iran Tehran, political instability, or government-mandated shutdowns, shall extend the project timeline proportionally without penalty to either party.
- Any changes to the scope of Meteorologist services beyond 10% of the original estimate shall require a written amendment to this Quotation Estimate, signed by both parties.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in Tehran, Iran, in accordance with the rules of the Tehran International Arbitration Center.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to the terms, scope, and pricing outlined in this Quotation Estimate for Meteorologist services in Iran Tehran. This document constitutes a binding commercial proposal upon countersignature.
