This Quotation Estimate is issued by Atmospheric Sciences & Meteorological Consulting Group (ASMC) in response to the formal request for a qualified Meteorologist to provide comprehensive atmospheric data analysis, climate risk assessment, and weather forecasting support for the ongoing infrastructure development projects in Iraq Baghdad. The services outlined below are designed to meet the specific environmental and climatic challenges faced by construction and urban planning operations in the Baghdad metropolitan area, including extreme summer heat events, seasonal dust storms, flash flooding risks along the Tigris River basin, and long-term climate variability trends.
The appointed Meteorologist shall hold a minimum of a Master's degree in Meteorology or Atmospheric Sciences, possess at least ten (10) years of professional experience in operational and research meteorology, and demonstrate prior familiarity with the semi-arid climate conditions characteristic of Iraq Baghdad. The Meteorologist will be embedded within the client's project team and will report directly to the Director of Infrastructure Planning.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all rates and terms are subject to revision without prior notice.
- Payment shall be made in United States Dollars (USD) via bank transfer to the account of ASMC at the Central Bank of Iraq, Baghdad branch. Payment terms: 30% advance upon contract signing, 40% upon completion of month six, and 30% upon final delivery of the Annual Climate Impact Review.
- The Meteorologist shall comply with all applicable Iraqi federal laws, Baghdad municipal regulations, and the client's site safety and security protocols. A valid work permit and security clearance for Iraq Baghdad operations will be arranged by the client at no additional cost to ASMC.
- All meteorological data, reports, and forecasts produced under this engagement shall be the exclusive intellectual property of the client. ASMC retains the right to use anonymized aggregate data for academic and research purposes.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to extreme weather events, civil unrest, or government-imposed restrictions in Iraq Baghdad, shall suspend contractual obligations without penalty to either party for a period not exceeding sixty (60) days.
- Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate and the subsequent contract shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. Failing resolution within thirty (30) days, disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the rules of the Iraqi Chamber of Commerce in Baghdad.
- ASMC shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of USD 500,000 for the duration of the contract, valid within the territory of Iraq.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the scope of services, pricing, and terms outlined herein for the engagement of a Meteorologist in support of infrastructure projects in Iraq Baghdad.
