3.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate remains valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all prices and terms are subject to revision by Levant Atmospheric Sciences Ltd.

3.2 Payment Schedule: Payment shall be made in three equal installments: 40% upon contract signing, 35% upon delivery of the mid-term Meteorologist progress report, and 25% upon final acceptance of the integrated report for Israel Jerusalem.

3.3 Scope Changes: Any modification to the scope of Meteorologist services beyond what is described in this Quotation Estimate shall require a written change order signed by both parties. Additional work will be billed at the hourly rate of ILS 1,200 per hour.

3.4 Data Ownership: All raw meteorological data, processed analyses, and final reports produced by the Meteorologist for Israel Jerusalem shall become the property of the Jerusalem Municipal Planning Authority upon full payment.

3.5 Confidentiality: The Meteorologist and Levant Atmospheric Sciences Ltd. agree to treat all client-specific data, internal planning documents, and unpublished findings as strictly confidential in accordance with Israeli data protection regulations.

3.6 Force Majeure: Neither party shall be held liable for delays caused by extraordinary weather events, government-mandated closures, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control affecting operations in Israel Jerusalem.

3.7 Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, with jurisdiction vested in the courts of Jerusalem.
