- Validity: This Quotation Estimate remains valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. After 14 September 2025, all rates listed herein are subject to revision.
- Payment Terms: Invoices shall be issued monthly in arrears. Payment is due within thirty (30) days of invoice date via bank transfer to the account specified on each invoice. Late payments shall accrue interest at the statutory rate under Italian Civil Code Article 1284.
- Scope Limitations: The Meteorologist services described in this Quotation Estimate are advisory in nature. Final decisions regarding public safety, evacuation orders, or infrastructure closures remain the sole responsibility of the competent Italian authorities in Naples.
- Confidentiality: All meteorological data, forecasts, and internal reports generated under this engagement are classified as confidential and shall not be disclosed to third parties without written consent from the client.
- Termination: Either party may terminate the contract with sixty (60) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, the client shall be liable for all services rendered up to the termination date plus a 10% administrative fee.
- Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and the resulting contract shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Italian Republic. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Naples, Italy.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to natural disasters, volcanic eruptions, pandemics, or other events beyond reasonable control, provided that the Meteorologist shall continue to provide advisory services to the extent operationally feasible.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and authorises Atmospheric Sciences & Meteorological Consulting Group S.r.l. to proceed with the engagement of the Meteorologist services as described herein for the Italy Naples operational area.
