- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates are subject to revision based on market conditions and the prevailing cost of meteorological data services in Italy.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer (bonifico bancario) to the account of AeroMet Consulting S.r.l. within thirty (30) days of invoice issuance. Invoices will be issued on a monthly basis for recurring Meteorologist services and upon completion for one-off deliverables.
- The contracted Meteorologist shall hold a minimum of a Master's degree in Atmospheric Sciences or Meteorology, recognised by the Italian Ministry of University and Research (MUR), and shall be registered with the Italian Meteorological Society (SIM) or an equivalent professional body.
- All services shall be performed in compliance with the regulations of the Italian National Institute for Environmental Protection and Research (ISPRA) and the Italian Civil Protection Department (Dipartimento della Protezione Civile).
