1. Purpose of This Quotation Estimate

4. Payment Terms

Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in three (3) equal installments: 40% upon contract signature, 30% at the six-month mark, and 30% upon completion of the twelve-month engagement period. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to ASMC's account at Ecobank CI, Abidjan branch. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as stipulated under Ivory Coast commercial law.

5. Terms and Conditions
  1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be revised to reflect changes in operational costs or market conditions in Ivory Coast Abidjan.
  2. The Meteorologist assigned to this engagement shall hold a minimum of a Master's degree in Meteorology or Atmospheric Sciences and a minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in West African tropical climate analysis.
  3. ASMC reserves the right to substitute the assigned Meteorologist with a qualified equivalent should unforeseen circumstances arise, provided the replacement meets or exceeds the original qualifications.
  4. All meteorological data, forecasts, and reports produced under this Quotation Estimate shall remain the intellectual property of ASMC, though SIDA retains full usage rights for internal agricultural planning purposes.
  5. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed a formal Service Agreement incorporating the terms herein.
  6. Force majeure events, including but not limited to severe weather events that render the Abidjan service area inaccessible, shall suspend obligations proportionally without penalty to either party.
  7. Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent contract shall be resolved through mediation in Abidjan, Ivory Coast, in accordance with the Ivorian Code of Civil Procedure.
6. Acceptance and Authorization

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, scope, and pricing outlined herein for the engagement of a Meteorologist to deliver atmospheric and weather services in Ivory Coast Abidjan.
