  • This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions and resource availability.
  • All services described herein shall be performed by a licensed Meteorologist holding certification from the Japan Meteorological Agency (JMA) or an equivalent internationally recognized body. The Meteorologist shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of ¥50,000,000.
  • Payment terms: 30% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of the first six months of service delivery, and 30% upon final delivery of the Annual Comprehensive Climate Risk Assessment Report.
  • All on-site work within Japan Kyoto shall comply with local municipal regulations, the Japan Meteorological Agency operational guidelines, and applicable environmental protection statutes of Kyoto Prefecture.
  • The Meteorologist shall submit all reports, forecasts, and advisory documents in both Japanese and English to ensure accessibility for all stakeholders within the Japan Kyoto administrative framework.
  • Any changes to the scope of services, additional monitoring sites, or extended emergency call-out requirements beyond the estimated 20 call-outs shall be documented in a formal amendment to this Quotation Estimate and require written approval from both parties prior to execution.
  • Confidentiality: All meteorological data, proprietary forecasting models, and internal risk assessments generated during the engagement in Japan Kyoto shall remain the exclusive property of the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract. A formal service agreement shall be executed upon mutual acceptance of all terms outlined herein.
