- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. Upon expiry, all rates and terms must be renegotiated in writing before any services commence.
- The Meteorologist named in this document, Dr. Kenji Tanaka, holds a Doctorate in Atmospheric Sciences from Kyoto University and is a licensed professional meteorologist registered with the Japan Meteorological Agency (JMA). A substitute of equivalent or superior qualification may be assigned only with prior written consent from the client.
- All services are to be performed within the geographic boundaries of the Japan Osaka prefecture unless otherwise specified in a written amendment to this Quotation Estimate.
- Payment terms: 30% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of the first six months of service, and the remaining 30% upon final delivery of the annual climate report. All payments are due within thirty (30) days of invoice date.
- The Meteorologist shall comply with all applicable Japanese data protection regulations, including the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI), when handling any meteorological or environmental data collected in the Japan Osaka region.
- Any changes in scope, additional monitoring stations, or extended service hours beyond those described in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a supplementary written agreement and additional charges at the rates specified herein.
