This Quotation Estimate is issued in response to the formal request for professional Meteorologist consulting services to be delivered across the metropolitan area of Kuwait Kuwait City and its surrounding districts. The scope encompasses comprehensive atmospheric monitoring, seasonal forecasting, extreme weather risk assessment, and climate adaptation advisory tailored to the unique arid and semi-arid conditions of the Kuwaiti Gulf region. Our team of certified Meteorologist professionals will deploy advanced remote sensing instruments, numerical weather prediction models, and ground-based observation networks to deliver actionable intelligence to the client's engineering and planning teams.

The services outlined in this Quotation Estimate are specifically calibrated for the climatic realities of Kuwait Kuwait City, including the management of haboob dust storms, extreme summer heat events exceeding 50°C, seasonal thunderstorm activity, and the increasing frequency of flash flooding in low-lying urban corridors. The Meteorologist engagement will span a twelve-month contract period with the option to extend for an additional six months upon mutual agreement.

Note: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. All rates are quoted in Kuwaiti Dinars (KWD) and are inclusive of travel within the Kuwait Kuwait City metropolitan area. Any travel to outlying governorates (Ahmadi, Hawalli, Farwaniya, Mubarak Al-Kabeer, Jahra, or Al-Ahmadi) will be billed at an additional KWD 150 per day per Meteorologist. This Quotation Estimate does not include the cost of permanent infrastructure installation, which will be subject to a separate Quotation Estimate upon request. Terms and Conditions
  • 1. Acceptance: This Quotation Estimate becomes a binding contract upon written acceptance by the client and countersignature by both parties. The Meteorologist services shall commence within ten (10) business days of contract execution.
  • 2. Payment Terms: Payment shall be made in quarterly instalments of 25% each, due within thirty (30) days of invoice issuance. A 10% mobilisation advance is required prior to the first Meteorologist deployment in Kuwait Kuwait City.
  • 3. Confidentiality: All atmospheric data, forecasts, and risk assessments produced by our Meteorologist team for the client in Kuwait Kuwait City shall remain the exclusive property of the client and shall not be disclosed to third parties without written consent.
  • 4. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by extraordinary weather events, government directives, or circumstances beyond reasonable control affecting operations in Kuwait Kuwait City.
  • 5. Termination: Either party may terminate this engagement with sixty (60) days written notice. In such case, the client shall pay for all Meteorologist services rendered up to the termination date as detailed in this Quotation Estimate.
  • 6. Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Kuwait Kuwait City.
  • 7. Insurance: Our Meteorologist personnel shall carry full professional liability and personal accident insurance valid throughout the duration of service in Kuwait Kuwait City.
