- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur.
- Payment terms: 30% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of the first six-month milestone, and 30% upon successful project handover and final acceptance by the client.
- All Meteorologist personnel assigned to this engagement in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur shall hold valid credentials recognized by the Malaysian Meteorological Society and shall comply with all local labour regulations under the Employment Act 1955.
- The Meteorologist team shall maintain professional confidentiality regarding all proprietary data, infrastructure details, and internal communications of the client. A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) shall be executed prior to commencing work.
- Any changes to the scope of Meteorologist services beyond what is outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall require a written change order signed by both parties. Additional costs will be quoted separately.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from natural disasters (including extreme weather events affecting Malaysia Kuala Lumpur), government actions, pandemics, or other events beyond reasonable control.
- All deliverables, including forecasts, reports, and data outputs produced by the Meteorologist team, shall become the intellectual property of the client upon full payment of the total amount stated in this Quotation Estimate.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur in accordance with the rules of the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC). The governing law shall be the laws of Malaysia.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by the client and countersigned by the service provider.
