4.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing for the Meteorologist services may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Morocco Casablanca.
4.2 The Meteorologist assigned to this contract must hold a minimum of a Master's degree in Meteorology or Atmospheric Sciences and possess at least five (5) years of operational experience in North African coastal environments.
4.3 All data, forecasts, and advisory products generated by the Meteorologist are the intellectual property of the client for the duration of the engagement in Morocco Casablanca.
4.4 Payment terms: 30% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, followed by monthly invoices due within fifteen (15) days of receipt.
4.5 The Meteorologist shall comply with all regulations set forth by the Moroccan National Meteorological Directorate (Direction Météorologique Nationale) and the port authority of Casablanca.
4.6 Force majeure events, including but not limited to extreme weather events that render the Casablanca field station inoperable, shall be addressed through mutual written agreement.
4.7 This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally signed and countersigned by both parties.
