3.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, the Meteorologist service rates may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Myanmar Yangon.
3.2 Payment terms: 40% advance upon contract signing, 40% upon completion of the first six-month service period, and 20% upon final delivery of the Annual Meteorological Data Compilation Report.
3.3 The Meteorologist shall maintain full professional liability insurance valid throughout the engagement period in Myanmar Yangon. All forecasts and advisories are provided on a best-effort scientific basis and do not constitute guarantees of specific weather outcomes.
3.4 The client agrees to provide the Meteorologist with access to all relevant meteorological observation stations, satellite data feeds, and historical climate records maintained by the Department of Meteorology and Hydrology (DMH) in Yangon.
3.5 Any additional Meteorologist services beyond the scope outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate written amendment and additional cost estimate.
3.6 All deliverables, including forecasts, reports, and training materials, shall be produced in both English and Burmese to ensure accessibility for all stakeholders in Myanmar Yangon.
Note: This Quotation Estimate assumes standard operating conditions in Myanmar Yangon. In the event of an extraordinary meteorological event (e.g., a Category 4+ cyclone making landfall in the Yangon region), the Meteorologist may be required to provide extended emergency advisory coverage.
