  • Balance payment within 30 days of project completion and final acceptance.
  • All payments to be made in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) via bank transfer to the account of Himalayan Atmospheric Sciences & Meteorological Consulting Pvt. Ltd., Nabil Bank, Kathmandu Branch.
  • This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be revised to reflect changes in operational costs, data subscription fees, or applicable tax regulations in Nepal.
  • The Meteorologist shall comply with all guidelines issued by the Department of Hydrology and Meteorology (DHM), Nepal, and the Nepal Meteorological Society standards for professional practice.
  • All data, reports, and forecasts produced under this engagement shall remain the intellectual property of the client, Kathmandu Valley Infrastructure Development Board, upon full payment.
  • The Meteorologist is obligated to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all project data, infrastructure plans, and sensitive climate information pertaining to the Nepal Kathmandu region.
  • Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions, or severe weather events that disrupt operations in Kathmandu, shall be addressed through mutual written agreement.
  • Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting service agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in Kathmandu, Nepal, in accordance with the Arbitration Act of Nepal.
  • This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal service agreement is executed by both parties.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, scope, and pricing outlined herein for the engagement of a Meteorologist to serve the Nepal Kathmandu infrastructure development program.
