3.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all pricing and service terms are subject to revision based on prevailing economic conditions in Nigeria Abuja and changes in operational costs.
3.2 Payment shall be made in two tranches: fifty percent (50%) upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the service agreement, and the remaining fifty percent (50%) upon successful completion and delivery of all services outlined herein.
3.3 The Meteorologist assigned to this engagement shall maintain full professional independence and shall report findings objectively. All meteorological data collected in Nigeria Abuja shall be shared with NIHMET in accordance with Nigerian meteorological regulations.
3.4 Any additional services beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate written amendment and additional cost assessment.
3.5 The Meteorologist shall provide a minimum of forty-eight (48) hours' advance notice for any on-site visits to locations within Nigeria Abuja, except in cases of imminent severe weather events where immediate response is required.
3.6 All intellectual property, reports, and data products generated under this engagement shall be jointly owned by the client and Atmospheric Sciences & Meteorological Advisory Services Ltd., with mutual consent required for third-party publication.
Note: This Quotation Estimate assumes standard operating conditions in Nigeria Abuja. In the event of extraordinary climatic events (e.g., unprecedented cyclonic activity, volcanic ash intrusion, or extreme dust storms) that necessitate emergency deployment of the Meteorologist beyond the agreed schedule, additional mobilization costs may apply as per the supplementary rate card attached to the master service agreement.By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined for the engagement of the Meteorologist for the Nigeria Abuja service area.
