- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be revised to reflect changes in operational costs, fuel surcharges, or regulatory adjustments applicable in Pakistan Karachi.
- Payment terms: 40% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 30% upon completion of the first quarter of service delivery, and the remaining 30% upon successful completion of the full 12-month contract period.
- The Meteorologist and supporting team shall comply with all guidelines issued by the Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) and the Sindh Provincial Disaster Management Authority (SPDMA) while operating within Pakistan Karachi.
- All meteorological data, forecasts, and reports generated under this engagement shall remain the intellectual property of the client. The Meteorologist and team agree to a non-disclosure agreement covering sensitive operational data.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to cyclones, severe flooding, or government-imposed lockdowns in Pakistan Karachi, shall suspend service obligations without penalty to either party.
- Any scope changes, additional weather station deployments, or extended emergency support beyond the terms stated in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a written amendment and supplementary cost estimate.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration under the Arbitration Act, 1940, with the seat of arbitration in Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt and acceptance of this Quotation Estimate for Meteorologist services in Pakistan Karachi. The engagement shall commence on the date specified in the subsequent Service Level Agreement (SLA) to be executed within seven (7) working days of acceptance.
