Note: All prices in this Quotation Estimate are expressed in Peruvian Soles (PEN). The Meteorologist services quoted are exclusive to the Peru Lima jurisdiction. Any extension of the Meteorologist engagement to other regions of Peru (e.g., Arequipa, Trujillo, or Cusco) will require a supplementary Quotation Estimate and additional travel and accommodation costs at a rate of S/ 850.00 per diem. 3. Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate

Validity: This Quotation Estimate remains valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, the Meteorologist service rates may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Peru Lima.
Acceptance: The client must sign and return this Quotation Estimate within the validity period to confirm the Meteorologist engagement. Upon acceptance, a formal service contract will be drafted in accordance with Peruvian commercial law (Código Civil del Perú).
Payment Terms: Payment shall be made in three (3) equal installments: 40% upon contract signing, 30% at the midpoint of the service period, and 30% upon final delivery of the annual Meteorologist report. All payments are due within fifteen (15) business days of invoice issuance via bank transfer to the account of Andean Atmospheric Sciences & Consulting S.A.C. in Lima, Peru.
Intellectual Property: All meteorological data, forecasts, risk maps, and reports produced by the Meteorologist team for Peru Lima shall remain the exclusive property of the client upon full payment. The Meteorologist retains the right to anonymized data for academic publication.
Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by natural disasters, government mandates, or events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme atmospheric phenomena in Peru Lima that render fieldwork impossible.
Confidentiality: The Meteorologist and all supporting personnel agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all data, infrastructure details, and operational information of the client in Peru Lima.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent Meteorologist service agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in Lima, Peru, in accordance with the rules of the Cámara de Comercio de Lima.
